A Journey Through Its Ancestral Paths

In the Far East, where modernity dances with tradition, Japan presents itself as a fascinating mosaic of contrasts. On my pilgrimage through this land of the rising sun, my goal is to unravel the threads that connect the bustle of Tokyo with the serenity of ancient paths.

In every corner of the Japanese archipelago, the essence of the past coexists with the accelerated pulse of the present.

Japanese Duality: Modernity and Tradition in Balance

The Japanese Way of St. James: Kumano Kodo and Spirituality Among Sacred Forests

Trekking in Japan is more than just a hike; it's a pilgrimage through centuries of spirituality that unfolds along ancient trails like the Kumano Kodo.

The Kumano Kodo, known as the Japanese Way of St. James, winds through the Kii Peninsula, taking pilgrims along paths that wind between ancient cedar trees and temples that seem to emerge from the earth itself. Japanese spirituality meets the majesty of nature.
